The Cohort is situated on a street off of the American University of Beirut, an energetic area bustling with youth. The co-living structure aims to empower students through its physical space and online platform facilitating their day to day, work and social needs.

Housed within a 1930s building, all eight floors are entirely gutted and overhauled while respecting and enhancing aspects of the original façade. The design of the interior prioritizes physically connecting people, as part of The Cohort's mission of community building.
